Return Policy – SILK BIKE

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at team@silkbike.com. We’ll provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at team@silkbike.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Nutrition products (e.g., energy gels, drink mixes, or protein bars)

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., special-order team kits or club-branded apparel)

  • Personal care items (e.g., chamois cream, sunscreen, or other hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., CO₂ cartridges, lubricants, or cleaning sprays containing flammable substances)

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
