At Premio Cycling Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all SILK BIKE customers across Australia. To keep it simple and transparent, here's how shipping works:
Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $199

Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate for orders under $199
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time: All orders are shipped via Express Post. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., public holidays or courier delays).
Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use it to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address:

Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Changes: Contact us immediately at team@silkbike.com if you need to update your address. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee changes after processing.
Lost or Damaged Items:

Responsibility: Once handed over to the carrier, SILK BIKE is not liable for lost or damaged parcels. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.

Claims: If your order arrives damaged or is lost, email us at team@silkbike.com with your order details. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
International Shipping: We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
